We are focused on helping business owners and leaders successfully manage their company on a daily basis using biblical principles and practices so that customers, suppliers, employees and investors see a difference and desire to have a relationship. We enable success through a variety of teaching, training, coaching, mentoring, encouraging and accountability activities with key decision makers in each organization.

In our community of influence, every business will be motivated to compete on a high ethical basis in order to match the success of those that are managed under biblical principles. As a result, more people will come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and become active in their local church.

Handel Barr Learning, Inc. (HBLI) is in the business of helping build lasting improvement for professionals and organizations. Experience in community banking and commercial banking as a business banker, sales manager, training manager and marketing manager allows Bill to be particularly effective with business owners and top organizational leaders needing the partnership of a quality Performance Consultant and Management trainer. HBLI was established in 1997.
Bill is a “MethoBapterian.” His spiritual walk includes accepting Jesus as a teenager, and being involved in many church organizations including Davidson United Methodist, First Presbyterian Church, Salisbury, and Mount Vernon Baptist Church, Boone, NC. He has served on several church mission committees, and has made several mission trips to present successful business principles (biblically based) in Ukraine and Lithuania. He has also been a Sunday School teacher.
As a Certified Business Partner of Sales Performance International (SPI), Bill helps financial managers, account executives, sales managers, sales practitioners and training professionals to maximize training investments and other interventions to positively impact both revenues and profit margins. Recent clients have included Peak 10 and ISA.
Bill is also certified in several of ken Blanchard’s programs including The Secret – What Great Leaders Know and Do, DISCovering Yourself and Others, and Situational Leadership® II. |
